Obesity is more than unattractive it is also very dangerous, a 100 lbs diet must be able to address the very serious inflammatory fat that is clinging to the body, this inflammatory fat is responsible for the tremendous amount of damage that is done to the health when we are overweight. A new study has given us one more scary reason to remove this excessive body fat and it involves breast cancer.


The inflammatory fat and cancer


If you are overweight it disrupts the cells of your body causing a very serious imbalance which opens the door to your cells becoming cancerous, inflammatory fat is very dangerous.  How this excessive inflammatory fat allows in cancer was explained in a new study from Tulane University:


Bruce A. Bunnell, a senior author at Center for Stem Cell Research and Regenerative Medicine and the Department of Pharmacology at Tulane University



“It was determined that obesity alters the stromal cells (connective tissue cells of organs) and increases their expression of leptin.

Functionally, the altered stromal cells affect proliferation through several key molecular factors. Together, this would suggest that obesity alters stromal cell function, which in turn alters breast cancer cells to increase their growth and progression”


A 100 lbs diet must be able to seriously reduce the inflammatory fat but most diets do nothing to reduce this. Our diet failures are due to our reliance on television commercial diets pushed by celebrities rather than by science.



How researchers made people thin


We have revealed to thousands in a very short time that the key to reversing inflammatory fat and getting thin is with a specialized diet that was inspired from a diabetic diet, this is what science showed does  actually work.
